Watch: Reporter almost loses her head to a landing Russian Tu-160 bomber

December 13, 2018
Alex Hollings 1 Comment Military Aviation, Video

Ever gotten a little too excited at work? Maybe you had a few too many hard ciders at the Christmas party and belted out a history-making rendition of “Pour Some Sugar on Me” with the Karaoke machine — sure, it was embarrassing, but at least you didn’t almost lose your head.

The same can’t be said for this young woman that clearly seems excited to be present for the landing of Russia’s supersonic Tu-160 Blackjack bombers in Venezuela earlier this week. She wanted to make sure the world got a good look at these planes as they came in for a landing… but in her fervor to get up close and personal, you can see her step onto the flight line.

From there, it’s hard not to cringe until you’re sure she got to keep her skull.
