The Orange Flag Evaluation Team are tasked with assessing how well the different branches of the U.S. military can work together to accomplish a wide variety of objectives.

“The latest event involved a total of 18 aircraft in six combat-relevant test tasks and experiments,” said Maj. Christopher Campbell, Air Force Test Center, Orange Flag Evaluation Director.

Speaking practically, Orange Flag offers a great insight into how best to leverage the disparate tools each branch brings to the table. A lucky byproduct of the endeavor just happens to be incredible videos like this one, showing all five of America’s fighter aircraft flying together in what looks like a poster on a kid’s bedroom wall come to life.
