Good morning, FighterSweep Fans! It is once again BURNER FRIDAY!

Today’s image is brought to us by Jason Hyatt, a very talented aviation photographer and historian based in the Phoenix, AZ area. His shot is of a Lockheed-Martin F-16CJ from the 79th Fighter Squadron taking off from Eielson Air Force Base, just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska.

The “Tigers” are a Wild Weasel squadron with a very rich, proud heritage and the motto of “All For Freedom,” deployed to a Red Flag-Alaska exercise from their home station at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina.

Have a great weekend!
